I've been living at Summit at Hyde Park for about two years now. The management and staff Natalie and Jessica are a breath of fresh air! They go out of their way to accommodate you, they are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and they make sure things get handled promptly. They have been here less than a year and you can definitely tell a major difference in the appearance of the complex and the work that is being put into it. Humberto and Raul in maintenance are prompt, efficient and address your needs usually by the end of the day.
